Group Sessions
Our group session timetable and general session structure has been set up to meet your weeks-worth of exercise needs, from both full body strength aspects and cardiovascular aspects too.

On our Monday, Tuesday and Thursday group sessions we work on all areas of safe and progressive full body strength development, targeting your major muscle groups at least twice a week and also give you the opportunity to target and put more emphasis on specific muscle groups of your choice.
We also cover conditioning, cardiovascular and core focused work each week on our Wednesday and Saturday group sessions in particular, but generally all of our group sessions end with some form of conditioning work.
Our weekly group timetable has been designed so that you can safely attend each and every session, whilst also allowing your body plenty of time to safely recover from each session too.
Our group sessions are designed for anyone and everyone of all fitness abilities and all ages 16+, although not mandatory we always encourage clients to carry out at least 2-3 private 1-2-1 personal training sessions with us first prior to your first session.
This is just so that we can go through some basic and foundational work with you prior to your first session, also giving us the opportunity to carry out some necessary assessments with you and your own unique individual needs.
At this point we can make some necessary recommendations for you moving forwards and then put some realistic fitness targets in place from there for you too.
MONDAY 7:30pm – Full Body Push – Full Upper and Lower Body anterior strength development focused session, working on programmed and progressive strength development, correct technique and safe exercise execution and also targeting the muscle groups you want to target along with our guidance and recommendations.
TUESDAY 7:00pm – Full Body Pull – Full Upper and Lower Body posterior strength development focused session, working on programmed and progressive strength development, correct technique and safe exercise execution and also targeting the muscle groups you want to target along with our guidance and recommendations.
WEDNESDAY 7:30pm – Core and Conditioning – Full Body Workout focusing on a combination of core work, high intensity exercises and weighted full body exercises too.
Our core exercises within this session utilise the machines we have here at our venue along with body weight work too, to give our clients plenty of variety and form of progression within this particular group session too.
THURSDAY 7:00pm – Full Body Push & Pull – Full Upper and Lower Body anterior & posterior strength development focused session, working on programmed and progressive strength development, correct technique and safe exercise execution and also targeting the muscle groups you want to target along with our guidance and recommendations.
SATURDAY 10:00am – Bootcamp – Full Body Cardio based workout including boxing on our variety of different punch bags. Each week we like to create a fun diverse workout that is designed to make you work hard, sweat and have fun.
